I am a young designer (front-end) with a lot of experience in graphics / aesthetics and I'm working my way well through the back-end in terms of development to become a jack of all trades. At the current moment I am working on hyper-efficient ways to use CSS to display content with the least amount of problems. For example re-formatting reset.css to have less conflictions with what I want vs what is displayed via browser. I am learning PHP / MySQL as well.
