I’m a 44-year-old husband and father struggling to find time to keep myself in shape. Working a fulltime job, a long commute, and constant kids’ activities, it is hard to find time to eat right and stay in shape. I am what you would refer to as a yo-yo dieter. I have struggled with my weight since I was a teenager. I would lose significant weight and then slowly regain the weight over a few months or years. There would always be an excuse to justify why I wasn’t able to keep the weight off, but it was because I got lazy.
