The building has 46 stories and 391 luxurious hotel apartments. The overall price of construction was around $450 million and the project itself took almost the entire decade since it had started in 2008 and finished nine years later.\r\nWhen it comes to the building’s specifics, the skyline received the highest amount ofattention since the investors wanted to ensure that it perfectly fits with the surrounding structures and improve the overall aesthetics of the neighborhood. According to experts, it is a real example of modern architecture.\r\nAside from condominiums, the hotel includes conference and meeting rooms, a business center, restaurant and cocktail lounge, as well as fitness facilities and impressive views of New York from its 46th story. \r\nTrump International Hotel and Tower\r\nWe are talking about the one located in Fort Lauderdale. The local authorities swiftly approved the idea and welcomed a project that will build a premium hotel on an oceanfront. The estimated cost was $200 million and the initial construction started in 2005. \r\nThere were certain delays that held the completion of the project until 2017, but it didn’t affect its impressiveness. The $24 million worth waterfront shopping mall now features Nine-West shoes and many other premium retail stores across 280,000 sq. ft. of surface. Unfortunately, Hurricane Sandy hit the building, which is why the current owners are looking to add an extra floor to the shopping center.
