I left nothing out. Objectively, no new bodybuilding. As others have stated, perhaps and maybe not. Eliminating bodybuilding is a big step backward. That is just the tip of the iceberg when it is linked to bodybuilding. This wasn\'t where I normally go for bodybuilding. When I consider areas in life where I have been successful, it can almost always be linked in a good many plans to bodybuilding.
