  2.  CAGradientLayer *gradient = [CAGradientLayer layer];
  3.  gradient.frame = view.bounds;
  4.  gradient.colors = [NSArray arrayWithObjects:(id)[[UIColor blackColor] CGColor], (id)[[UIColor whiteColor] CGColor], nil];
