Believers Listened to Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Instead of Watching World Cup\r\nIn June 2018, a massive musical event with Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was organized in the form of an International Music Concert. It was only one in the line of successful events organized by the pastor and his Christ Embassy church. The most intriguing thing and the best indicator of the popularity of the pastor and his teachings happened a month later.\r\nThe leader of the Believers LoveWorld, who has more than 400,000 members from Nigeria and beyond, organized a conference that gathered leaders and partners of the organization in one place. The conference was planned to last for two days – July 14th and 15th 2018. The event in Wembley’s SSE Arena was probably intentionally organized during the weekend so that anyone who was interested had the opportunity to visit.\r\nDuring both of the days, you could notice a stadium filled with guests even before the start of the closed-door event at 3 pm. It was not the first time that this happened to Pastor Chris Oyakhilome. People coming from North America, Europe, and other parts of the world to a ceremony organized by Christ Embassy is something they are used to seeing but still leaves them feeling proud every time. However, the thing worth mentioning about this particular event is that it occurred at the same time as the Football World Cup in Russia. It was exceptionally pleasing to see people choosing this event over the biggest sports competition in the world. \r\nIt was only one of the numerous programs that the organization held during “The Year of the Supernatural,” which is how Chris Oyakhilome named 2018. Each of the thousands of leaders and partners didn’t hide the excitement over participating in the event. The conference was filled with the inspiring and motivational words coming from the pastor. \r\nNumerous attendants commended Oyakhilome for the way he spreads the word of God. According to them, he manages to achieve a considerable level of dynamic and energy, which might be one of the reasons why he attracted so many followers. There is no doubt that this event also motivated some of the visitors to become new members or participate more actively in Christ Embassy. \r\n“Thanks to the power of the Holy Ghost, we are ready to take everything to an entirely new level. The goal of my visit to London was to help in spreading the word of the Lord.” said the pastor and emphasized that he believes this will give the power to partners and leaders of the ministry to do even greater works in the future.
