A couple of carrier liquids (propylene glycol and vegetable glycerine) are used for diluting the product to the desired level. They vaporize at quite a low temperature and also have neutral tastes for not colouring the flavour much. Companies producing cheap eliquid refer to these couple of ingredients as “PG†and “VGâ€.
