He has to constantly diagnose the psychological atmosphere in the team, the stress level of the staff, check the success of the tasks performed by each employee, etc. If some employee fails to cope with duties and this affects the overall performance of the department, then HR decides to replace such employee .\r\n \r\nObviously, the work of an HR specialist is related to people. Specialists in this profession have their own methodological apparatus, their own techniques and theoretical aspects. Where do they train such specialists? First of all, you need to have a higher education. It is best if this is a psychological education.
