Good day! My name is Michael Farish. Age - 29 years. The last five of them, I am working on the organization https://ng.jobsora.com/.\r\n\r\nI live in Nigeria. My main profession is an HR specialist. My way to obtaining this sought-after and prestigious profession was difficult. During training, I had to work on a large number of low-paid jobs. Such as loader, builder, etc.\r\n\r\nBut after graduation I was accepted as junior-HR, and today I wanted to share my many years of experience in this field!\r\n\r\n\r\nRequirements for HR specialist - he is engaged in the recruitment of personnel, reviews the resume, conducts interviews. During the interview, which is conducted according to a certain style (depending on the required qualities), assesses the candidate. Each candidate always seeks to exaggerate their qualities, to embellish themselves, and to hide the negative sides. An HR specialist must be able to recognize the truth of a person telling or not. It is also extremely important to establish the exact motivation of a person - why he wants to get this job. He is interested only in money or he is ready to carry out any assignments for the company, and for this it is necessary that he wholeheartedly share her ideas and values. It is also the responsibility of an HR specialist to monitor and evaluate already recruited staff. He has to constantly diagnose the psychological atmosphere in the team, the stress level of the staff, check the success of the tasks performed by each employee, etc. If some employee fails to cope with duties and this affects the overall performance of the department, then HR decides to replace such employee .\r\n \r\nObviously, the work of an HR specialist is related to people. Specialists in this profession have their own methodological apparatus, their own techniques and theoretical aspects. Where do they train such specialists? First of all, you need to have a higher education. It is best if this is a psychological education. As a specialist psychologist already has a basic understanding and understanding of human motivation, personal qualities, functional states of the psyche, stress tolerance, etc. Moreover, during training, psychology courses are taught in management psychology and organizational psychology. HR specialists are also trained at special preparatory courses and trainings. The combination of psychological education and successfully completed courses increases the chance of acceptance for a given position.\r\n\r\nIn the next article I will tell you about the pros and cons of a HR-specialist. Thanks for attention!:)
