Do this with [email protected]:

find ./var/www/www.cinci2600.com/ -type f -print | xargs sed -i 's/cinci2600.com/cinci2600.org/g'

Then probably set up virtualhosts to point to /var/www/www/cinci2600.org instead of /var/www/www.cinci2600.com for the sake of continuity.
