ZoomOut Excel Macro

 / Published in: Visual Basic

This macro sets the bottom boundary at 10%, which is the smallest you can go. Any smaller, and Excel would generate an error again.

  1. Sub MyZoomOut()
  2. Dim ZP As Integer
  3. ZP = Int(ActiveWindow.Zoom * 0.9)
  4. If ZP < 10 Then ZP = 10
  5. ActiveWindow.Zoom = ZP
  6. End Sub
