1. Create javascript file on the domain you want to address
2. Add methods to this script that perform the desired functionality (for example reading an xml file or otherwise) and return the results.
3. Include this javascript file with script tags in the HTML file on the other domain.
4. Add the necessary calls to the Javascript methods in the HTML
