      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;zenzir, so what you're saying is that with this code I can set the border for red, and if I rollover the image, the border will change from red to red -- so I'll only know that it actually changed to red, as opposed to just stayed red. ;-)&lt;/p&gt;
