      <description>&lt;p&gt;I think it's a bad idea. When you have an enumeration, you can use different strings for the same value. Using strings for your enum values makes it hard to read and understand what the value is supposed to be. Go to [new jersey title insurance](https://clearskiestitle.com/) for best ideas. You also don't have any way of telling if the user has entered a string or not. It would be better if the user typed in their own string instead of a number or other type of value.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
