Cross Browser Opacity

 / Published in: CSS

Though CSS3 standard includes the opacity property, but not every browser supports it, here’s the CSS trick for cross browser transparency.

  1. .transparent_class {
  2. filter:alpha(opacity=50);
  3. -moz-opacity:0.5;
  4. -khtml-opacity: 0.5;
  5. opacity: 0.5;
  6. }
