      <title>(HTML) XHTML 1 Strict Complete Starter Template - mahalie</title>
      <link>https://snipplr.com/view/23304/xhtml-1-strict-complete-starter-template</link>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;There are a lot of 'starters' out there but I wanted one with all the things I use to start a new project. I find it easier to remove lines I don't need than to hunt and peck for each item...this also makes the starter serve as a sort of 'checklist' to make sure all the essentials are there for a stand-alone page, great for quickly creating a robust 'coming soon' page for a new website.&#13;
&#13;
*   Basic XHTML&#13;
&#13;
*   Common includes: CSS, JQuery, RSS, Favicon&#13;
&#13;
*   Google analytic tracking code&#13;
&#13;
I refrained from including paths so that mistakes aren't easily overlooked. Use search &amp; replace to quickly change SITENAME and don't forget you need your own GA tracker code.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
