Creates a drop shadow for a div. In IE I can't get `filter:alpha(opacity=__)` to work right, but it degrades gracefully without it so I left it out.

As seen in maps.google.nl. Drop Shadow without any images. 5 DIV's with different opacity creates the gradient/shadow like effect. Lightweight and no png (or any IE6 hacks for that matter) hacks. Any improvements are welcome...

Sets the opacity of an element and its children. Doesn't validate. Mozilla began supporting the opacity rule in version 1.7, so '-moz-opacity' may not be necessary...
