Although Kosovo has declared independence on 2008-02-17, it's no yet included in this list for purely practical reasons. Kosovo as of yet doesn't have and internet TLD (standard value used as an id in the list).

As soon as either 1) Kosovo obtains an internet TLD regardless of its UN membership, or 2) Kosovo becomes a member of the UN regardless of whether it has obtained an internet TLD, I will include it in the list.
